I’ve only cooked it once before. Pan seared for 45 seconds per side, I’m so used to good looking grill marks so this looks terrible to me lol was delicious though! Wasn’t expecting to have to cook this tonight, my brother in law said here is your Christmas present.Not sure what i am doing yet. Saving it for New Years night. Post your version once ready.
