Unwrapped after 14 hrs double wrapped in foil.



Cut and stacked with drip pan filled with water and a bit of apple juice.



Rolling hickory smoke!! Yes!



Almost there...



Bam! Ribs are the bomb. Caprese Salad. Potato salad. Buttered corn. Macaroni salad. Honey-BBQ Baked beans. Kings Hawaiian rolls. Oreo pie for desert (not pictured).
