When I was a kid, my mom would take me out to dinner for my birthday for my favorite dish…Lobster Cantonese…my once a year lobster . I now make it for my wife on rare occasion…it is her favorite dish.

We had dinner last night at Cote Korean Steakhouse…not too many Korean bbq joints with a Michelin star. This was a spicy ceviche with cobia, kampachi & madai (a sea bream)…it was a home run
