Bacon and pork sausage from the local hog we bought. Local potatoes and local eggs. Green onions, garlic, garlic powder, Hatch Red Chile powder, and Old Bay Seasoning, Throw a little Manchego cheese on the top and cook in Lodge cast iron skillets on the grill.
