It’s Sunday so we did Skillet Meals.
We try to eat stuff that is produced as close to us as possible.
Bacon from our pig bought at a local farm and butchered down the road
Pork sausage from the same farm
Not from down the road, however it’s a great addition.
All ready for the grill

Sitting on the back patio listening to a young hungry hawk let the squirrels know they are on the menu. The older and wiser hawks keep quiet and just kill shit!
It’s a great day!
