So, I flew into Las Vegas a couple hours ago to catch the Raiders game on Sunday with a good buddy who’s flying in tonight from OR…I bought all the ingredients for a Christmas Eve dinner and talked/texted over the phone on cooking it…smoked goose, cheese soufflé, pinot reduction yadayada…she did great

We spatchcocked our turkey for the first time this year and it came out great. We put ours in a deep pan with a couple quarts of chicken stock so no one would whine about not having gravy. It came out great too.

I bought one of these things as a gift for my mom and then decided to buy one for us as well. Testing it out today with short ribs. It’s called a wonderbag (insert dirty joke here). You can look them up to get all the info but seems like a pretty cool idea.
