Brisket. Wrapped it when I put it in and then unwrapped at about 175. Probably the best I’ve ever made.

Chicken and broccoli which is nothing special. But side was great. Loaded baked sweet potato Cracker Barrel style. Melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and marshmallows.

Lol no it was parsley and chives. The greens weren’t tiny, the garden is. Regular sized greens.
