Roasted chicken, and shaved napa cabbage, julienned cukes, sliced radishes, scallions with a miso-sesame vinaigrette

Sliced almonds
Flax seeds
Chia seeds
Sunflower seeds
Sprouted pumpkin seeds
Peanut powder powder
Sprouted oats
Chopped dried mangoes
Cinnamon
vanilla
Honey
Maple syrup

This is the first time it made it and I didn't write down how much of each I used. I hate having to use recipes so I pretty much do it by eye. Baked 15-20 min @ 300

I think what really stood out was the peanut butter powder. It acted like glue when mixed with the honey & syrup and it added a lot of flavor.

Braised short ribs and some sides. First making this. Not sure what I was waiting so long for. Depth of flavor was so good.
