Weekly Sunday home cooked dinner before flying out Monday for work . Pan fried golden pompano, braised short ribs and beef tendon, assorted Kim chi veggies (eggplant, asparagus, broc, yulmoo)

Oh yea? What area you gonna be in. Buford Highway has a good international farmers market there. Never looked for Pompano there though.

This is awesome. My mom used to make one and stuff it with apples it was awesome. Now we live way too far from each other so I don’t get to taste it that often
