Ricotta cheese on the crust, mushrooms, ham, bacon, eggs and cheese. Olive oil and sea salt on the crust after. Simple and easy.

Turned out great but didn’t snap a post cook pic. I vacuum seal the left overs, makes about 5-6 meals for us.

Well we decided to try something different for my birthday dinner and Norwegian restaurant seemed like it.
It was a really nice place and this truffled crust was really nice touch on this little leg[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
Good thing it was one of the last courses since after they served it wife could not move forward[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] image of us eating baby bird was stuck in her head
