Mega batch of bulgogi (kalbi without the bone) to marinate a couple days in the fridge, then vacuum packed and frozen for EJS...

Ricotta cheese on the crust, mushrooms, ham, bacon, eggs and cheese. Olive oil and sea salt on the crust after. Simple and easy.

I love eating stuff like that. Hate paying big $$$ at a restaurant though. Happy bday.Well we decided to try something different for my birthday dinner and Norwegian restaurant seemed like it.
It was a really nice place and this truffled crust was really nice touch on this little leg[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
Good thing it was one of the last courses since after they served it wife could not move forward[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] image of us eating baby bird was stuck in her head
