That's an average Tuesday here in So-Cal...haha. There are roadside taco stands all over. Those are the best. Prickly pear is different for sure.

Oh man, I got absolutely hooked on the authentic tacos years ago. There's an awesome stand I found in downtown Pittsburgh and go there every chance I get. Their Lengua (beef tongue) are my favorite but they run out so you have to get there early. Man, now I'm hungry dammit!
