Okay..I didn't cook this (although I wish I did)...we took a boat from Almafi to Capri, and stopped in Nerano for lunch at the greatest seafood restaurant in Italy...Da Tommaso allo Scolglio... antipasto of bruschetta, crudo of local sea bream, shrimp & bluefin tuna tartare, & the very best sautéed clams I've ever put in my mouth...followed by linguine & lobster, then baked sea bream with lemon & potatoes...they pulled the lobster, clams & sea bream alive out of the salt water tank that the local fisherman catch that morning (this is the oldest & last fishing village on the Almafi coast)...incredible!
