Smoked chicken breast, shredded and slathered in some local bbq sauce. Stuffed inside a pretzel bun with some good ol' IPA

Shark is delicious! Just don't overcook it.
It's black tip. One of our firefighters caught it off of the coast.
And as far as cooking it, we are doing the best we can! LoL. We are frying it, grilling it, and smoking it.
It's a pretty forgiving fish to cook.
My daughter can be a picky eater, but she loves salmon, so I usually buy in bulk at Sam's/Costco. Saved some uncooked from yesterday and tonight made another fam fav. Salmon tacos. Here's a pic of the filling.
