Watcha cookin'?

Mix up cream cheese, 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper. Spoon this into jalapeño halves. Top with a little smokey and wrap in bacon. Sprinkle your favorite rub on top. Smoke em at 225 for bout two hours or till the bacon is to your satisfaction. I use hickory but the choice is yours.
