Thanks! It's my little Oasis in the desert. It was 109* out when I smoked that Chicken, but I have mist system blowin down on me, jump in the pool occasionally and a cold tasty beverage! 109*, NO PROBLEM!:beer:

Birds are a favorite of mine...I usually spatchcock them though. I find it easier and get a more even cook.
Frank get some Dizzy Pig dizzy dust. Seriously everyone loves it and asks me what I use.
