Washington members input needed (fender flares)

My 35s stick around 1in out the fenders. Have been stopped a couple times but that never came into the conversation.

If they want to fine you to fill their quotas they will find something. Once was an officer saying I was trying to overtake her in her covert car by passing on the right. I wasn't and said that would not be possible because of the cars parked along the street. The ticket became "following too close". I bought a dash cam after that.

These are both secondary violations. They can’t pull you over just for that. I got pulled over because he said my tail light was out. I asked him if I could get out and look and he said it suddenly is working now. Then started in about my tires and mud flaps but never gave me a ticket. Probably because he lied about my tail lights just to pull me over
