Wow, long time no see! Hope you're doing wellAye, I know those guys! Looked like a fun trip. Adam, Overlander gave her hell.
Glad you enjoyed the video. Being able to do a run like this with fewer Jeeps and with good friends always makes it so much fun.Turned our awesome! Thank you for sharing. Fun to see the older footage and many of the closer group of friends on a smaller run
Right!Fucken two door always holding up the line.
Thank you and glad you had fun watching itGreat video! And as always. Thanks for sharing
It's a shame that Overlander no longer has a Jeep that he can play with. That looked like such fun! Great video as always! I have to give it the gentleman running 35s and Overlander for no front locker and still killing it! Can’t wait to get back out west and start playing on some rocks!
Hope you enjoy it when you do get to watch it and I am definitely looking forward to hitting the Rubicon with you soon.Looks awesome, I can’t wait to watch the video! Thanks for posting this up!
I am looking forward to making this run one day!
Having run the Rubicon in our JT, I can tell you that it is a challenge even with 40's. Or at least, the bigger obstacles anyway. You definitely need 40's to even start some of them and the length/breakover angles is still an issue. But, for the basic trail, it can totally be done with 37's... maybe even 35's so with a good spotter and an occasional tugLooks like a great time in the trail. Soup bowl looks fun but curious how a JT would handle that. Would think it would definitely have to be on 40s. lol Looking forward to part 2!
Thank you. So glad that you enjoyed it. Check back next week for part 2Great video Eddie! I always enjoy the footage you supply on your videos. Looking forward to part 2.
Man, those Trail Grappler stickies really are amazing. And yes, Adam gave it hell and did greatGreat video! It was fun watching Adam give it hell and his winch failing…… again lol. The stickies Russ has just are not fair. Made the obstacles look much easier than they are just walking thru it. Looking forward to part 2!
2-doors rock! The 2-door just manages to get more time in the video than the other rigs. That looked like such fun! Great video as always! I have to give it the gentleman running 35s and Overlander for no front locker and still killing it! Can’t wait to get back out west and start playing on some rocks!
LOL - glad to hear you and your wife enjoyed the video. Haven't seen you around much and hope you're doing well.Funniest thing! My wife and I were reminiscing recently and we commented you hadn't been to the Rubicon in years. Surprise, surprise! We totally loved this vid and are amped for Part 2. Moby needed the exercise.
Adam did a great job for sure.2-doors rock! The 2-door just manages to get more time in the video than the other rigs.
Hey my friend, I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to make out. Weather has been perfect. Glad this video was able to help out though.I was supposed to be on the Rubicon this past weekend, so this is just what I needed!!
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed itGreat video!
Would have Liked to of been there - But I was not invited. looks fun I Guess........................LOLYes, this is yet another Rubicon video but unlike all the others that we’ve made in the past, this one highlights, the 'other' Rubicon. As in, the one that most people never get see or even know exists. In other words, you'll get to see us rock crawl our Jeep Wranglers from Wentworth Springs, a length of the trail from the original route and see us challenge ourselves on some of the harder, optional obstacles along the way. In other words, a ton of fun wheeling or at least, in our opinion and enough so that we decided to make this into a 2 part series. With that said, this 1st video will take you to about half way through the trail and show you what it's like to take on things like, the Post Pile and the Soup Bowl. We hope you enjoy.
