Thanks! Of course, Cindy did all the workyou made good use of it![]()
We'll be taking our big Gladiator, JAWS... I hope LOLBummer about Moby especially since you just got him back. Also, I had no idea you’d used AI so…. There’s that.
I oxbow Moby usually makes his cameo on the NY run so… who’s gonna fill his shoes while he’s laid up?
Awesome! Really happy to hear you couldn't see anything obvious. It takes a lot of work to get it right but it's only getting better and at breakneck speeds.Watched this on YT last night - what was AI'd in? I didn't catch anything obvious.
LOL - hoping it works out. Can’t wait for the new 6.6 to go in!

As far as what was AI goes, the biggest ones were clips such as walking up to Moby with his flag waving, hood open and then looking at the engine. That was all AI. The clip looking through Moby's windshield as he's being towed in the rain was AI. The shot of Moby being left behind in the dark - that was AI and surprisingly accurate being that we never even took a photo of him there. The clip of Moby on the trailer and being towed by our RAM was all AI. In fact, if you look closely, you can see a few errors on it but then, it was made from almost nothing. And the clip looking through the rear view mirror as Moby is being towed and a few other short ones are AI as well.
LOL - hoping it works out.
I had no idea those were all AI. They for sure looked like shots you guys did. Pretty wild that it was that good!!As far as what was AI goes, the biggest ones were clips such as walking up to Moby with his flag waving, hood open and then looking at the engine. That was all AI. AI has effectively put a ton of people in the video making industry, out of a job. If not today, in a real hurry. Hell, there's even already AI that are social media influencers and do a much better job of it than half naked girls pimping products (not that most social media whores were ever any good to begin with). Hell, you can even have half naked girls in them if you want.Holy hell, I would have never imagined that much was AI. This has got to seriously impact the video generation part of your business.
Whats your take on this? Is it better for you not having to actually generate all of the various takes you need to put a good video together?
Edit - I need to do an AI video of slowpoke Gruff passing a semi like Moby did in this video
Can you make a grok AI video with this same story line and just keep saying "more broken" "more broken" "more wayalife" more wayalife" and see what it gives us? lolAI has effectively put a ton of people in the video making industry, out of a job. My take on all this? It's here and here to stay whether you like it or not. For us, we've never needed to make videos to make a living. We've always done it because it was fun but I'd be lying if I said, it'd become less fun in recent years due to all the whores. That said, AI has given us new options that we didn't have in the past and we like it. It takes experience and skill to make AI do what you're looking for and at least for now, it's gives us an advantage. Albeit, I don't think most people will know or care as they don't care about quality videos now but it's helping it to be fun for us again.
Glad to hear it. If you could tell, we wouldn't have done a good job of using AI. They look like shots we would have filmed because we used AI to create them the way we would have filmed it. The crazy thing is, we could have made the whole video out of nothing but it would have been a been laughable - everything would have look crazy. In order to make it believable, you need to start with elements that are real.I had no idea those were all AI. They for sure looked like shots you guys did. Pretty wild that it was that good!!
Grok is cool but it's not the best AI model for doing what we wanted. We could do what you're asking for and it would come out crazy silly and funny. Can you make a grok AI video with this same story line and just keep saying "more broken" "more broken" "more wayalife" more wayalife" and see what it gives us? lol

If you watch any TV of any kind and see those new animated commercials for various types of drugs, those are all AI and for a reason. Way cheaper than hiring a producer, film crew, actors, musicians, editors, pulling permits for location filming or anything. All you need is someone who can write a script and get AI to create what you're wanting. You can probably do it in a day or less too. It's funny you say that because I saw a trailer for the new Avatar movie and thought it's more cartoon than movie now with the AI advances made over CGI.
Genies never get put back in bottles. Best to ride the wave instead of drown in it
I just rewatched it and tried to spot anything off… and couldn’t. Very cool.Awesome! Really happy to hear you couldn't see anything obvious. It takes a lot of work to get it right but it's only getting better and at breakneck speeds.

Awesome. We'll have to make a blooper reel sometime highlighting some of the silly, funny and pretty bad clips AI has created for us.I just rewatched it and tried to spot anything off… and couldn’t. Very cool.![]()

I have mixed feelings about AI but the wave is here and we're riding it.
Oh yeah, the whole music thing is easy and always makes me think of this...It's infiltrated the music industry as well. I think the current #1 Country song is or was AI generated. lol, I've not heard it - I refuse to listen to airwave commercial radio, but people rave about it.
I heard about that song awhile back and played it for my wife because she’s a country fan. She had no idea. LolIt's infiltrated the music industry as well.
