VIDEO : Dash Going Crazy on Our Jeep Gladiator

electrical gremlins drive me crazy; sure seems like a ground issue.

At this point, I'd either be adding pigtail ground wires to the taillight plugs to see if it helps or doing the Big3 wiring to see if it helps.

I don't recall, did you already replace the IBS sensor on the ground? isn't that little control freak on the primary ground wire?

Also, for lack of ideas, have you tried disconnecting all the accessories from the ground?

Hmmm... Ripley is pretty smart, if she can find the monster, set her loose on the truck! Ripley, get the electrical gremlin!
I have not replaced the IBS sensor but will if my problems come back and will definitely have to consult Ripley for other ideas as well LOL
I had some electrical issues on my 2020 JLUR this summer and my dash was going crazy as well plus affecting my transmission, shifting electric power steering, cooling fans… ended up being a chaffed wire on the plug for the electric swaybar disconnect grounding out they canbus system on my bumper. Best of luck Eddie and Cindy! Hope you get it figured out!
I definitely need to give things like that a closer look even though they're nowhere near the tail light.

Well that’s a bummer it didn’t fix the issue entirely and hope you can chase down whatever it is.

Love the clip of Ripley! One smart pup you have.
Sucks for the bullshit, but LOVE Ripley.
Been a while since we've popped in Ripley clips and being that this was such a frustrating thing, we figured it would nice to add just to lighten up the mood LOL

I had cracked tail light on my JL against a tree and had a similar issue. There's a blind spot sensor in them. Pull the tail light and see if maybe you've got a loose wire or something else going on back there.

You can read more about what I've done thus far in this thread:

My JL was acting the same way a few months ago and the dealer traced it back to the Oracle tail lights. I couldn't see for sure if you had Oracles in your Gladiator or not. I re-installed the factory lights and it cleared everything up. I drove it for a couple weeks like that, then re-installed the Oracles and it has been good since then.

I hate electrical issues of any kind. Thank for posting this video. Hopefully those others will sort themselves out also.
