Uwharrie opening weekend

Yeah, i wish there were too. It's a great area to live we are 5 miles from the Smokey Mtns. Yeah, i have been to Windrock once with the Wayalife crew on the 2nd pre run for the end of the summer trip. We moved to the area not too long ago from VA.

Thanks for the info. Maybe I will see you out in the trails.

Yeah, for sure let me know if you are in the area. We could run Parsons Branch, or do that Rich Mountain Road. Just send me a PM if you are in the area and maybe we could meet up. :thumb:

That was mine and they performed great. I've wheeled them before but nothing like this. I was confident in what they were capable of. Even on the real slick snot Saturday morning they cleaned up really well and allowed me to get out of certain spots with ease. Road noise, there really isn't any. Ride quality and handling is good, too. My only CON, avoid puddles like the plague. They don't channel water at all. Other than that, great tire and the price isn't bad for a 37. I'm sure once supply and demand kick in, the price will go up.

On a side note, big thanks to CarolinaDozer for setting this up and all the running up and down the hills to assist in spotting. Sorry that I wore my bitch mittens! lol.

It was a good time, still laughing

So apparently this happened on Sunday last week (after 24 hrs of drying), which gives me so much more respect for what Eric (EPetry) did in the wet with open differentials. Nice work brah.

Dubzy and Webbie, we pulled cable, but we kept the shiny side up...

Me and buddy of mine were back up there yesterday and a FJ broke his front right axle and steering rod on Daniel's ledge and then a Cherokee busted his from dif and cracked his oil pan on Dutch John.

Needless to say, some booboos were had. Lol

Haha no problem bud! It kinda helps that I've been to Uwharrie a few times, so I remembered what lines to take lol. But you did a hell of a job driving!!! And that ledge is night and day difference when its dry

It should be less difficult when its dry right?

I'd like to start a suds and grub the last Saturday of every month. Use the shop as a rally point. Maybe do early am Uwharrie runs before hand. Any thoughts?
