Not much of an update but got this in the mail today.
I finally had a few minutes. Work has been crazy.
Pump relocated with EVO relocation kit, swaybar drilled and moved, Warn Zeon 10 mounted to EVO 1/4 pound front bumper, EVO stinger mounted to bumper.
One thing I did note is the Zeon can't be mounted to the bumper and then slide it on the frame horns. The horns are 24 in apart. The Zeon is 24.75" wide. I had to mount everything on the Jeep THEN mount the winch to the bumper.
I was able to drill and repainted the six holes where you mount the stinger to the bumper on top but I'm going to get longer grade 8 bolts for the front two holes. With the horns just under the front holes, the supplied bolts aren't long enough. I thought about trimming the horns but the longer bolts should work fine. Now I just need to spoil some rope!

Got the winch line spoiled and factor 55 on.
Here is a little trick to compress the line to go through the hole on the spindle. Wrap the loop real tight with some string and then feed it through. What a bitty!!!

Slow and steady. Plus, Duke's a daily driver for my daughter for the next year. Finding time to work on him sometimes gets challenging. The pile is getting smaller though.
