For those of you who don't know, Adult Swim has an "Infomercials" series that they put out in their 4 a.m. slot and recently, they released the following parody titled, "Unedited Footage of a Bear." If you haven't seen it, I have to warn you that it's badass but very intense and in its own right, pretty damn funny if only because of what director Ben O'Brien and visual artist Alan Resnick does with this piece. I won't go into details because I want you to take in this video with as little information as possible and hear what you think afterwards. I should note, this is probably not a great thing for kids to see.

I kept clicking the skip button trying to get to the vid only to realize it was part of the vid once they advertised Claridryl
 
At first I thought, WTF how did this add get past my add blocker. Was even more confused when the "Skip Add" button brought me to the fake add webpage, but I figured out it was a gag when I saw Adult Swim in the URL.

It was a pretty fucked up vid. Not funny, but definitely dark and creepy. The people who made this could do good horror movies if they wanted to.

Anyone else look at that fake add webpage? Font changes while you're trying to read it, sound switches speakers, etc, just subtle enough to make you think "hey wasn't that..." while you're looking at. Like you're on the stuff. Wonder how they wrote the code for that, could be useful for an evil prank on anyone with OCD...
 
Thanks for sharing :thumb: Very informative video on the grizzly bear, and what seems to be an almost unavoidable loss of their natural habitat due to urban sprawl and man's inevitable encroachment upon such a majestic beast. Humans must do a better job at living amongst our friends in nature ;)

I just hope he doesn't put that lady's bloody face popping up in the middle of the JKX video or i might crap myself. That would be pure evil! 😵

I kept waiting for it to get "better" or at least come to some conclusion or make some sense????

I can see that I'm too much of a "fresh catch" to enter the Pub, I better stay out in the other parts of the forum....
