I bet they worked better being rusty than after I “rebuilt” them. Lol

No it went fine. Was just a joke at myself. I seem to have issues with everything I work on.

I have the UD60 for the JL right now. Was doing a search and this thread popped up.
I'll get back to you this week if their truly "Ultimate".
I just bought a jk with these axles. What can I do to insure they don’t have the issues I’m reading about?
I was a little apprehensive about them, but I got my ud 60s after watching the JT vids and reading on here about the improvements. I installed them in late November/early Decemberish in hopes of getting in on the New Years Run. Broke them in over a week, changed oil and hit the road for six days and about 2600 miles including the easy run and then we hit two leaf trail outside of Vegas. Pulled the covers after I got home and everything looks great! I think for the availability, bigger brakes and plug and play stuff, they are pretty good.
I have broke 1 set of rear spider gears, 1 rear ring gear and broke 1 warn premium hub. Other than that....
Umm, welcome to WAYALIFE... from 2015What's up guys. It's Stephen featherly that posted all this about the axles on Facebook. Just an update for those that care. I now have 100,000 miles on the ud60 axles. I have broke 1 set of rear spider gears, 1 rear ring gear and broke 1 warn premium hub. Other than that these axles have done great for the amount of abuse I give them.
Awesomeness. I was wondering who posted that. I don't use Facebook but I know this guy that does, and he told me about it.What's up guys.
