She probably had it on wrong. Te back window is a little tricky if you don't know how to do it and can be a pain sometimes.

X2...the key is initiating a small section of, and hearing that "click", before sliding the window onto the top channel

The original Trektop was nice but, if you do a lot of highway miles out in the desert or open country where it's windy, the top tends to billow up and pull the Velcro off the sides of the door surrounds. The new Trektop NX is simply awesome - fits better than a factory top in my opinion and is super quite. I love the fact that it converts easily into a safari top and still has the sunrider option. Regarding the top support tabs breaking, you need to slip them on from the side and not try to force it on over the top. Never once had a problem with mine.

I've had the TrekTop now for 5 months and drove it from San Antonio to Jeep the CO trails and it held up well. Make sure you put it on when its warm otherwise it's a bit difficult. I'd never go back to the factory soft top and would highly recommend this top.

Yeah no issues putting it on, it's the removal that caused the break. I'll try removing via the sides as well as taking a little off the length of the bows.

Best top out there. It's the finishing touch to a build IMO. Don't know why jeep doesn't make them out of the factory as the Oem top


I don't always wheel , but when I do I keep it tight......... Stay dirty my friends.
