Trainwreck's Build

Shoot, I didn't realize you were in process of a big build as well, but went through the entire thread. Great setup - it really looks fantastic. The Tuffy deck and base looks fantastic, as do the color matched Evo parts. Did you order the PR60 front with the steering arms and PSC all mounted up or was that post install?

Just about done with the back of the Jeep. Few more things to tweak, but it's coming along.

The Tuffy security deck installed very easy, and wasn't a big deal with the Rockhard C-pillars. I just need to install some tie down points on top at some point so I can strap things down.

Thanks! I ordered the axles up through Trail Jeeps, who at the time was a forum sponsor. They setup the EVO high steer before shipping.

Shit's getting real all up in this thread. Very nice work!!

Thanks!!

Slowly wrapping things up, hydro setup is almost finished. Just waiting on a couple fittings from PSC

Need to bolt the cooler down and connect the lines. Also going to pull the bumpers and have them powder coated.

Tire carrier re-installed

Started cutting the pinch seams, need to trim more

Also finished installing the axles and ordered driveshafts.

LOL!! I like how you still have the tire carrier wrapped in plastic. Pretty smart actually and nice photos of everything else :yup:

Few updates.. Had some trouble with fitment of the stock airbox during the PSC install, so decided to try out the AFE intake..

Not really impressed, and will try and get the factory box back in their when I have some more time to mess with it.

Decided to order JE REEL driveshafts instead of going local. Had great results with them in the past, and expect the same out of these 1350's

Mounted the spare up also..

Definitely a two person job! I mounted it myself with some creativity, but not something I would attempt alone outside of my garage.
