Tradeoffs of a Drag Link Flip Kit vs. Adjustable Track Bars

A picture is worth a thousand words. I'll flip the sway bar links tomorrow and see if that helps.

I'll snap a few more pics while I'm down there to see what else I did wrong!

Thanks guys! I appreciate the help.

Merry Christmas!

Finger-tight drag link is OK, right?

I had my son turn the wheels back and forth and I watched both ends of the adjustable drag link shift around since the nuts were loosened a few turns. Scary.

I went ahead and tightened those, also tightened the tie rod ends and bolt on the end of the pitman arm. Got a turn or better out of each one.

I'm not very happy about finding this after dropping $3k on the work. But, you know what they say, if you want it done right, do it yourself!ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1419483420.320614.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1419483434.623397.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1419483446.480342.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1419483455.916438.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1419483470.291283.jpg

In reference to your staying centered in the lane (or something like that) statement - Also remember that 37 inch mud tires are going to wander a bit while on pavement. That's just characteristic of the tire, a solid axle set up, and the wide track width.
I also agree the "pulling to one side" is the stabilizer though. Some MT tires pull a little too....doubt this is the main reason though.
And.......maybe it's just the first photo but it looks like a lot of extra grease on your lower drag link ball joint. Just make sure that boot isn't torn already and your shop just put that much in where it squeezed out.
Clean looking JK! I Like the wheels!
