To fender chop or not to fender chop

Chopped fenders can look a bit funny with stock or full width bumpers. Although, full fenders with stubby bumpers doesn't look too bad - at least, not to me. :)

X2. I ran a rugged ridge stubby with full fenders on my last JKU and I personally liked the look a lot.

Here's a few pictures I found with a 3.5" lift, 35's and flat fenders. Doesn't look too bad, what are your guys thoughts ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1368552117.661216.jpg

I seriously doubt that's a true 3.5" of lift. It looks only slightly higher than mine with 35's, flats, and no lift. Is this your Jeep to confirm that in fact this is 3.5"? If so what brand coils are you running?

Unless it is just camera angle and optical illusion

Could be just the camera angle or the springs may have settled a little. Who knows

I just posted this on my thread. This is stock suspension with ONLY 1.75" front coil leveling spacer to help with front bumper with winch weight on top of factory front end rake. No lift or spacer in rear with 35" nitto muds that measure 34"

After using a computer program to "build" my jeep, this is what 35's and poison spyder tube fenders will look like. This is a pretty accurate website from my experience and I don't think it looks too spacey between the wheels at all.
