Just thought I would share a trip I'm on. This is the start. It was 12degs when I pulled the house on wheels out of storage. Yep, had to chip ice to get it out.



Somebody gave me the idea. Any ideas who that could be? Any idea where the picture was take? I lived there in '77/'78 and worked at the El Capitan Club when my AF recruiter found me.



Smog!! I thought I left LA to get away from that cr@p. Looking south from Scurz, NV at Hawthorn, NV.

Sunday, Dec 15, 2013. This is what I woke up to this morning. What a view. I am just south of Lone Pine, CA. Will spend a second night here. Spent the day un-winterizing the trailer and reorganizing the Jeep. Had one disappointment today. Purchased a dish network Tailgater. The tailgater does not have an antenna for the TV. It has HDMI and RCA connections, the TV doesn't. I guess a new TV (cheap) is in my budget. Drat!!!
