I was living in Ridgecrest, working in Panamint Valley, in 1996. In a heat wave during June/July that year, Ridgecrest high temperature was over 120* for 22 days in a row. 🥵🥵🥵

Panamint valley usually runs 5 to 6 degrees hotter than Ridgecrest. It was a tough time to run an old open cab dozer for sure.

I don't think I'm tough enough to do that again. Once was enough for several lifetimes.

It’s gonna be a hot weekend for sure. Not in the triple digits for us but unseasonably warmer than normal. 🥵
 
The wife asked if we could avoid physical labor on the property today.
