The Hawklee Build

I just started my first Jeep project on 10/23 and completed a 3.5 inch Rough Country suspension lift and front steering stabilizers!

I have a Silver 2012 JKU that I bought as a leftover in Feb2013 and have been waiting for my stock Bridgestone Duelers to wear down before replacing wheels and tires and needing a lift and with 43k miles, they're still holding strong with a lot of tread life left, but i popped one with a rip in the side wall while off roading, so i decided to pull the trigger and order the lift.

Wish list:

-Rough Country 3.5" suspension lift - DONE
-Rough country steering stabilizer -DONE
-35's DONE
-DC Blackout wheels - DONE
-Black Grill with inserts - DONE
-LED headlights - DONE
-Smittybuilt tire carrier from China - DONE
-clear turn signals
-front driver and passenger window tint
-front bumper DONE
-rear bumber, possibly with rear tire mount
-black fender flares
-re gear to 4.55 www.4ws.com
-DND rock sliders with steps - DONE
-winch - WARN - DONE

New slush mats. Already a bit dirty from yesterday's rain. They seem quality but wished the fronts fit a little bit better.
Back ones fit well and is one piece all the way across. Great for the boys muddy shoes, cleats etc..

Toyo time!
My 35's arrived at my local dealer today so I went down and inspected them before they get installed this weekend.

Looks great, hope to meet you someday :thumb:

Build is coming along nicely. As Hinrich said I hope we can meet up soon

That would be cool. Would like to see where you go if anywhere local, as I'm limited to the shore, farm land double track, some power/gas line runs and an undeveloped neighborhood..lol, nothing too legit. Would like to try Rausch Creek soon and definitely next spring to wheel and camp.

Wheels and tires installed tomorrow...stoked!

Smittybilt oversized tire carrier. Easy to install in 30 mins, and seems solid. For $123, a nice fit until I can look at rear bumpers. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1446482495.596338.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1446482514.113246.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1446482564.430432.jpg
