Dear Mina,

Will this work on my neighbor's dog? it thinks it's protecting the most valuable patch of weeded yard like a junk yard dog.

Would be very interested in a model that would light up that aggressive, non-stop barking, if it learns to jump forward could easily clear the fence son of a bitch like a Christmas tree.
