Torx driver was a huge help. Grill screw are toast and would have to be broken/drilled out. I was able to get the bottom of the grill popped out enough to make it work. Not ideal, but it worked.

As far as rattling, I don't thing it will be an issue. They seem pretty snug in the '08 housing.
 
I wish I was a neighbor so I could check the new lights out but I live on the other side of town.
 
It's been in my garage for five weeks. Just waiting on parts to come in and I'm installing them as they arrive.
 
Yep. It's seriously therapeutic for me to work on a Jeep after spending long hours in the office. I love doing it.
 
yes they are very bright! well that and the OEM lights are junk!

Sharkey is going to have you all set up in no time!
