I just used a piece of 1" square tube I had lying around for my crush sleeve. It's holding up fine so far and I'm sure it will the whole time.
Nearly done. Just a few things tomorrow. 4-wheel jeeps overnighted the crush sleeve for the drag link flip. I honestly don't see why it's needed.
Is there a way to keep the brake lines safe from getting snagged?

Dang it! If I was at home I could snap a photo of how I had to run my rear lines inside the frame rails. I actually sheared my driver side line off the frame rail during the Wayalife "Florence Junction Video" run. Fortunately, it was just dangling with zero leaks, no hard or soft lines was compromised.
so here is what I did on mines...
GENTLY bend the line in the position you choose, I ran my line alone the top of the frame and used a couple of zip ties to secure it.

I then ran the line down the "inside" of the frame through an existing hole. I did have to widen the bottom of the hole to get the fitting inside, but after a little work, it fit. Now connecting the lines one inside was a bit tricky as well, but I just pushed the lines up enough to get to them through the top and got it done. I also used a 3/4" square furniture plug from Lowes (that I had to modify a bit) to secure the line in the hole to avoid any vibration damage.

Hope this helps. there are a number of ways to accomplish this, just be GENTLE and have a plan so that you are not over bending your lines.
That makes me nervous bending those steel lines... Looks good though.
Jumping tracks here. Those aren't the sway bar end links I got with my kit. Here is what I got.

Those others look much better. As it is I am missing bolts because those links didn't come with any. Guess I'll give trail jeeps a call again.

Got the totes on this morning. It's Badass! Couldn't get the alignment until Tuesday.
But I am very impressed by the ride already and the gears feel fine. Haven't gone very fast with it out of alignment. The traction control is kicking in.
I also need to adjust the Draglink to straighten the steering wheel.

ANIMAL! Now it needs a growl!

if you straighten your steering wheel, your ESP will stop acting up.
Looks great! You should just the the alignment yourself following wayoflife's write up. :yup: :thumb:
Great suggestion! I'll do that tomorrow for sure. I am ready to test it out!
Should I re-torque the bolts now it's been driven?
