Dang that looks good.
The 40's on 20's looks good. Kind of like 37's on 17's. Makes the tire not look oversized.
I just need one that's not black. I can't do black vehicles.

That’s what it looks like to me. Almost looks like the lower bracket for a swinging tire carrier is built into the bumper and top bracket is on the body. Hard to tell though.
