You can use your factory clamp. Just spin it around.

Drilled my own mounting hole in the track bar bracket works a lot better to get the stabilizer more parallel.

in time to answer your request , here's my latest CraigsList acquisition; a King Racing 2.0 , 10" steering stabilizer and a high-mount Synergy relocation kit w/ their Tie-Rod clamp : I paid $100 from a guy that had been sold a bit more hardware than he needed or knew what to do with...
It is a much tougher stabilizer than the OEM was, but re: the manufacturer of the stabilizer, any brand will do ....I can ,however, attest to the fact that the relocation kit from Poly Performance/Synergy is awesome and gets the thing outta harms way when wheeling.....
