I am also a fan of gas station sushi.

Not brave enough to do the gas station sushi yet. Lol.

I work at a college campus and their food service supplier has some sushi. Surprisingly it isn't half bad.

The crappy Chinese buffet has some also and it's not bad either. They screwed up though cause for $8.99 on an all you can eat buffet I can put away some sushi. Lol.

Now that's my kind of sushi!! Mmmm!

I like the poser sushi with tempura shrimp etc but the whole raw fish thing causes me a CDO (OCD for you normal guys ) overload.

The rawest I ever had was Ahi Tuna lightly seared. It wasn't too bad.

Ohh man now I am hungry. The best sushi I ever ate was while 26 miles out in the ocean we caught a yellowfin tuna and cut it right there for lunch my friend had all the fixings just in case lol

Last night, top roll wasnt ordered and was a mistake but it was good

No pics but I ate at a few places in Vegas. One was I Heart Sushi and another at a ritzy hotel. Would learn how to make.
