An AIPA from a local brewery here. This is the first time I’ve tried it (I normally drink Yellow Rose from this brewery). It’s good, light citrus and a touch of malt.

Yep, Kimchi sour beer.
It was not what I expected- very drinkable. Pronounced ginger (like pickled ginger you get with sushi), barely perceptible chili, and a crisp tart finish.
