Good one from a local brewery.

Our favorite local brewery is having their 9th birthday.

Culpeper Dew on the left at 10% and Hazy IPA at 7% on the right. Since the Dew is High Octane the state of Virginia only allows a partial pour making absolutely sure I drink more than just one.

A partial pour of beer?….ive never heard of that. Wine is usually at 14%, and bourbon usually 40% and above…

It’s Virginia, they have some strange alcohol laws. Above a certain ABV it’s only a 10 oz pour Totally lame

I don’t make the rules, I only figure out how to work around them.

Generally speaking, a beer pour is 12oz, wine 5oz & shots 1oz…unless that’s has changed.

He’s getting shortchanged on a regular sized pour…but apparently he has found a workaround for that…

It depends on the size of the glass. Shot glass could be full!
