Yep all grain. HLT on top, Mash tun in the middle and boil kettle on the bottom. All gravity fed; Once I'm done with the boil I use my chugger pump from my boil kettle through my counter flow chiller into my fermentor

Never done it myself but I have a buddy who does and he won't go back to extract. He says it's that much better.

Pints? Looks like more than a tasting - love it!
Sidecar which is a Pale Ale infused with orange. Great stuff especially out of my Jeep "beer" mug!!

I LOVE that mug!! So cool!
Believe it or not I won it at a local Jeep event. I got first place in the "Best Grand Cherokee" category. It helped that I was also the ONLY Grand Cherokee in that category :cheesy:
Lisa and I enjoyed Brew Rebellion's Sour Green Apple ale aged in REV Winery's wine barrels. Very different but quite enjoyable for Valentine's Day.

It's more like a gose for sure. They actually brew a salty watermelon gose which is amazing. They have a whole bunch of different sours as well. That sounds awesome! Is it more along the lines of a gose or saison or more hoppy like an ale?
