Just had a bottle of old 1995 Chardonnay from a winery that was local in northern va, Charlottesville, VA to be exact. Great stuff for only being a $40 bottle.

Now to finish the night with a case of Sam Adam's fall seasonal assorted case.

Yummy, we're having a Left coast Asylum tonight :)

We don't have a ton of micro brewerys here in TX that sell commercially but there are lots of Micro Brewing restaurants.

I'm waiting on my kit to come from the Austin Home Brew club so I can start brewing my own. According to the law my wife and I can brew 2000 gallons a month before we have to have any kind of license.

I don't think I can drink that much.. :icon_crazy:

We are going to start with a simple bock. Can't wait! :thumb: :beer:

If you want, pm me. I have a few really nice starter level homebrew recipes. A few that are partial mash and a few that are extract brews. I have enjoyed homebrewing for a few yrs now. Got started for a distributor contest, and just can't stop. What part of TX?

After looking at all the beers, I wish I was able to drink at work, Man I want one so bad!!!!:crybaby:

My own brew. A cherry, chocolate stout. Last of the batch. I think my next one should be a black ipa. What do y'all think?

Yeah a Black IPA is a good choice. There used to be a place in downtown Casper, WY called the Wonderbar that had a great black IPA that they brewed in house.
