Starting to kick myself

I would not be worried if I was you. I had a 08 JKUR I put 72k miles on in 3 years, never had a issue with it that I can think of. I have a 2015 JKUR 3k miles in a month, no issues, absolutely LOVE it. There is nothing quite like a Jeep, they are great vehicles.

Thanks for the positive feedback.... why is your JK in service for and for 95 days thats insane

Because it's a poorly built vehicle. The remote start doesn't even work anymore. It acknowledges the command and then does nothing.

Right now they are trying to figure out why the engine nearly comes to a full stop when you are accelerating.

I've almost been rear ended by big rigs at 75-80 a dozen times because it shuts down and decelerates to 55 for no reason - you have to pull over and shut it off to gain throttle control back.

Now, they think that is the "dual stage oil pump."

Which has nothing to do with the 3 water pulps I've been through, starboard cam, the rear locker refusing to unlock for 20 miles, on pavement (great for the tires), the swat bar not hooking up, or psoriatic function of the front locker.

If you hardly ever use the vehicle for it's intended purpose you probably won't have too many issues. If you do use it for it's intended purpose and use it often, don't be surprised if it spends half of the year in service with everyone scratching heir head and telling you they've created another STAR case to get it taken care of.

Got some pretty interesting videos from all this though.

Jeep Wranglers are not for everybody. Just think about it, because if they were, then everybody would have one.

But for us rough tough adventurous ones, that want to go where no man has ever gone before, then the Wrangler will take you there!!!!!!!:applaudit:

sorry but something's not quite kosher with it being 95 days later story.....

After 30 days under repair, the dealer should have offered you a replacement or refund especially with the type and number of issues you have described.

All states have lemon laws and there is a 3 strikes for the same issue as well as a 30 consecutive day repair trigger...at least that's what a dealer told me once when I took in a brand new Grand Cherokee for repair and they couldn't get a part because the Jeep was too new and the parts had not been coded for dealer inventory.

Thanks everyone for the input but i think ill enjoy my new rig and theres plus side in know my way around a vehicle very well so ill just fix it myself if i break it haha
