SPOTTED: Any 4X4 other than a Jeep JK/JL Wrangler

Body shop next door to me just finished this build. It was an old ambulance that he converted back to a van, lifted slightly, and put some bigger wheels and tires on. I believe they are 275/55r20's. It's a '95 E-350 7.3L powerstroke diesel

Earlier today I passed by similar thing only mate black,shit load of lights all over, roof rack with Jerry cans e t c looked good. I used to beat up similar vans back in the day.
