That’s probably only necessary if you have a rooftop rack... which they don’t lol

That's one great looking brute! My buddy been wanting to get one since we saw a Richmond covertible early this year. There's one for sale about 2 hours away from here. We'll just finish installing the suspension and american racing rims on the truck this week and we'll take a look at the Brute.
These are my favorite. Had a '71 Blazer in high school. Wish I still had it. White spoke wheels with Armstrong TruTracs...
Nice! I had a 68’ GMC step side in H School on 36’s and my dad had a 71’ long bed. That style of Chevy’s by far are my favorite!
If I recall, 36” tires were Grand Prix Tires around here, Ground Hawgs and Monster Mudders went from 35” to 38”

I believe they were Grand Prix tires. I’ll see if I can find the 2 polaroids I have of it tonight. Lol.
At the time I was looking at Hawgs and Mickey’s to replace them but traded the truck for my first CJ5. Best thing I did in H School. Lol
I ran a set of 35" Ground Hawgs on my pickup back in the 80's. I think these damn things were as loud as Mud Grapplers. No way you could sneak in late running these damn things!
