Speaker upgrade

They do, but 120$ for a pair of(who made them, Idk) tweeters is pretty steep for me. When I can get a full set of Infinity Kappa components for about the same price.

I used tweeters that came with this set.

If you scroll up in the thread you can see how I mounted them in the front factory housing. Also I think most tweeters are same/standard size. The kicker/mopar are nice because they will lock right into the factory slot, but totally not worth the $120.

I agree but I used them. Simple install, plug and play, 5 minutes each side and rotate a bit so they point into the cab. Sound good. $50 would be reasonable. I believe you can buy the tweeters they use for $25. I'll custom fab something for the sound bar.

The tweeter that come with this set above come with everything you need to mount them in the sound bar. I believe all tweeters come with just a straight up flush mounting option. There is also a perfect spot on the sound at to mount them. I'll try to get a picture of mine when my wife gets home with my jeep.

Another good option if you want to actually improve your sound stage is to add in these speaker pods that mount into the rear cage. You can either use these in replacement to your speaker bar and get the better speaker position from it, which is it's primary advantage. Or if you'd like you can add in another set of speakers for more speakers altogether. That's the route I went. IMG_5509.jpg
