Not immunity a federal pardon. States can and are going after the mass murderer. We’ll see to how well a preemptive blanket pardon works.

Since Biden gave him a Presidential Pardon, Fauci has two choices.
1.) He can accept the pardon and admit guilt and give a full disclosure of his crimes.
Or,
2.) Not accept Presidential Pardon and still be liable for all crimes committed in the time frame.
It's a double edged dagger, if he accepts the Pardon he's open to civil cases.
If he refuses the Pardon he's open to Federal prosecution.
Biden did no one any favors by doing what he did.
