USIAD and other NGO’s have been co-opted into a money laundering operation. Its initial purpose was for directing money to support American foreign policy objectives primarily to defeat communism but it has been turned into a redirect and pass through of American tax dollars back into corrupt politicians.

Thanks Overlander. Yes, I did need to have it to get a driver's license, but that was long before getting a passport.
