During the ‘Rona’ most of the Fed-Gov was on a ‘Blue Gold’ schedule meaning only half of the work-force showed up each week and they rotated every week. If they can do the same amount of work with only half the staff that’s an indicator!

It really was. They split us up in to three groups and put us on a week on two weeks off rotation. It was glorious as I got to spend a lot of time at Glamis, and Jeeping around the Mojave. But it was curious that we were still making mission. I do miss being a Govt employee, but they don’t know how to handle a crisis.
