Smoking Meat -- Tips, Opinions, Recipes

I would be very much interested how this set up performs !!
So far with running it at 450 degrees for 30 minutes it’s down to 92%. So I’m pretty sure it would last a couple hours maybe more once up to temp or running lower temps. I’ll be smoking sausage links and steaks on Monday then maybe a tri tip later on in the week. I’ll get back to this thread once it gets a good use next week. 😎👍
