Honestly, it’s borderline idiot proof. I’m far from a chef.
I’ve been picking up some cast iron stuff and it’s throwing me some curves. I keep trying to make little egg scramble/soufflés in the muffin pan and I can’t keep them from sticking. Any ideas?

We’ll see how they turn out. It’s so difficult for me to let things cook on a new bbq. I always want to open it and watch Lol too bad they don’t make plexiglass ones. That’s what I need.

Marinaded in spices and oil with juice of two oranges. In the pan is one beer, one can of water, 8-10 garlic cloves and the marinade from the beef.

Also had a couple chicken breast’s that were gonna go bad so I threw them on and smoked them, whipped up some crack dip and threw it on the egg in a cast iron pan.
