All I use is charcoal and chunk wood. On one load I can get 12 hours of cook time at 225 on my Weber Smokey mountain. I use a pitmaster iq temp regulator to keep things in check. View attachment 238048
Love the smokey mountain's one of the best pits I have ever cooked on. I bought it out of necessity and not having a wide variety to choose from...best decision I ever made
